Both sides offer remodeled and original-condition homes, and lot sizes are generally consistent across inside and outside the Loop. Buyer preference between inside and outside the Loop usually comes down to specific tract feel, proximity to a particular school, and pool/lake amenity access – not blanket assumptions about lot size or interior condition.
