Woodbridge (zip code 92614 and 92604) is rich with recreational activities, and is known to be a model planned-community. Located within Culver Drive, Jeffrey Road, Irvine Center Drive, and the i405 freeway, Woodbridge is centrally located and one of the largest villages of Irvine.

Comprised of detached Single Family Residences, as well as attached and detached condos and townhomes, this area offers something for everyone.

Most of the homes in Woodbridge were constructed between the mid ‘70s to the mid ‘80s, but don’t let the age of the homes deter you from considering this very popular Irvine area. Many of these homes have been updated and are comparable with the new homes in Irvine, which are presently being constructed and sold. An advantage of buying Woodbridge real estate is that unlike the newer homes, there is no Mello-Roos in Woodbridge.

Woodbridge has two man-made lakes, North Lake, (in the 92604 zip code), and South Lake, (in the 92614 zip code). Residents love walking or jogging around the lakes, and enjoy boating, fishing, and swimming in the two Beach Clubs.

Both lakes have beach lagoons and docks, where sail-boats, canoes, paddleboats and-bikes are available for rent to Woodbridge residents.
